TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE ONLINE STORE
1. Order cancellation
The customer may request the cancellation of an order only while it has not been processed or shipped.
Once the order has entered the preparation phase or has been delivered to the carrier, it will not be possible to cancel it, and the customer must, where applicable, comply with the return policy.
Cancellation requests must be made in writing via the contact email address provided in the store, indicating the order number and the buyer's details.
Universo Hispano reserves the right to refuse cancellations that do not meet these conditions.
2. Returns and refunds
In accordance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, customers have a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without the need to provide justification.
Return conditions:
- Products must be returned in perfect condition, unused and in their original packaging.
- Returns of personalized products, products manufactured on demand, or digital products once downloaded or used will not be accepted.
- The shipping costs incurred in returning the product shall be borne by the customer, except in the case of a defective product or an error attributable to the store.
Refunds:
- Once the product has been received and its condition checked, a refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase.
- The refund will be made within a maximum of 14 calendar days from receipt of the returned product.
- In the case of a defective or damaged product during transport, the customer must notify us within a maximum of 48 hours from receipt of the order.
3. Buyer safety and protection (Cookie policy)
The store uses secure connections via HTTPS protocol, guaranteeing the confidentiality of communications and transactions.
Universo Hispano does not store bank details or sensitive payment information. Transactions are carried out via external payment platforms that comply with the required security standards.

Shipping:
- The delivery time for all products except game mats is 7 to 10 business days for domestic shipments. International shipments may take up to 15 days.
- The delivery time for mats is 10 to 12 days (shipping to mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands). Mats are not shipped internationally.
- Orders are shipped to the address provided by the customer during the purchase process.
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to reasons beyond the store's control (logistics, holidays, carrier incidents).
- Universo Hispano is not responsible for delays attributable to third parties.
Privacy and data protection:
In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018, the personal data provided by the customer will be treated confidentially and used exclusively for:
- Managing orders and shipments.
- Responding to queries or incidents.
- Complying with legal obligations.
The user may exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction, and portability at any time by sending a written request to the store's contact email address.
The data will not be transferred to third parties unless there is a legal obligation or operational necessity to do so for the proper provision of the service (transport companies, payment platforms).
